10.20.09 Exervio Management Consulting To Lead Harris YMCA Strategic Planning Retreat For Third Year

CHARLOTTE, NC – For the third year in a row, Exervio Management Consulting will serve as the lead facilitators for the Harris YMCA’s annual Board of Managers planning retreat. In this role, Exervio will work with the Harris Y’s leadership team to organize, build, and deliver an event designed to help the organization plan for 2010.

“We’ve been very pleased with the approach to meeting facilitation that Exervio has brought to our last two retreats,” said Harris Y Board Member Mike Mayberry. “Their energy and their expertise have really helped us make these events a valuable experience for our board. Continuing our relationship with them for this year’s retreat was never a question.”

The planning retreat is scheduled for Oct. 29-30 at Camp Harrison near Lenoir, N.C. In addition to charting next year’s strategic direction, the two-day event will focus on building strong committees with the tools and the leaders to achieve goals established for 2010.
